Industry City, located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, has recently announced four new leases totaling 15,282 square feet. These new additions to the complex include Kinolime securing a 5,389-square-foot office in Building 2 for film and TV pilot production. Dowbuilt has leased 3,227 square feet in Building 3 to establish their East Coast hub for residential construction. Prudential Insurance has relocated their brokerage office and signed a lease for a 2,575-square-foot space in Building 5. KYHA Studios also joins Industry City with a showroom of over4 ,091 square feet in Building7 , specializingin bridal design and embellishment.
With over70 film-related businesses housed within the complex as well asa Design Districtand established fashion brands like Moda Operandi,the addition of these four new leases further solidifies Industry City’s position as an industry leader.
