Industry City, a 35-acre mixed-use complex in Sunset Park, Brooklyn has appointed Amanda Braddock as the new director of events. With over 15 years of experience in events and hospitality, Braddock will lead the strategic vision for private events and public programming at the campus. She will manage designated event spaces and oversee programming such as cultural festivals, trade shows, film screenings and live music.
Braddock’s background includes roles at Madison Square Garden and The William Vale along with being a founding owner of Purslane – a sustainable catering & events company. “The complex offers an unparalleled atmosphere with immersive retail experiences; imaginative culinary offerings; plus unrivaled programming for tenants & visitors alike,” said Braddock regarding her appointment to Industry City’s Director of Events role.
