Industrious and Nuveen Real Estate have recently launched a new hybrid work solution that allows tenants of Nuveen to reserve workspaces in over 175 properties and Industrious coworking spaces. This collaboration, which began in January 2023, has introduced a Tenant Experience platform throughout Nuveen’s U.S. commercial real estate portfolio, resulting in significant improvements to Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The Tenant Experience Management platform from Industrious, implemented back in 2019, enhances building operations with more than 100 hospitality standards that optimize property value and tenant satisfaction.
