Core Industrial Realty, an Oak Brook, Illinois-based industrial brokerage firm founded by Noel Liston, recently welcomed two new brokers to its team. Ryan Mullins and William Jeffers joined the roster in August.
Mullins brings his expertise from Rule One Proteins where he served as an international account manager and manager of operations to Core Industrial Realty. He will collaborate with partners Nick Krejci and Frank Damato on build-to-suit projects, site acquisitions, redevelopments and investment deals for tenants, owners sellers or buyers alike. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in marketing & international business management from the University of Dayton.
Jeffers joins Core after graduating from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance under his belt; he will work closely alongside Matthew Lee & Noel Liston on build-to-suit projects ,site acquisitions ,redevelopments ,sale/leasebacks & investment deals for tenants ,owners sellers or buyers .
