Principle Construction recently began tenant improvements on a 282,588-square-foot building at 2000 Deerpath Road in Aurora, Illinois for Tailored Brands. The fashion retailer owns popular brands such as Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank and K&G Fashion Superstore. John Cahill is the project manager while Mark Frane serves as superintendent with Partners in Design working as the project architect for Principle Construction’s team of experts who are adding a 13,491-square-foot boiler and dry cleaning room along with 4,000 amp electrical service plus twenty 25 ton rooftop air conditioning units and 14 interlocking exhaust fans to support Tailored Brand’s formal clothing rental business including infrastructure for dry cleaning laundry repair and storage of thousands of tuxedos and other formalwear according to Principle President James Brucato.
