**Industrial Project Slated for 606-Acre Martin County Parcel**
Tampa Farm Services has completed the sale of a 606-acre parcel in Indiantown, Martin County, for $17.5 million. The buyer, Silver Fox 606 LLC, is reportedly linked to Ferreira Construction, based in Juno Beach. The expansive site is anticipated to be used for industrial development.
The transaction was brokered by Avison Young’s team, including Michael T. Fay, John K. Crotty, David Duckworth, Brian C. de la Fé, Trevor Roberts, and Philip Shapiro.
“Conditions for industrial development in Martin County and the greater South Florida market remain strong, and this transaction attests to developer demand for new buildable sites to capitalize on the region’s continued growth,” said Trevor Roberts.
Michael Fay added, “With industrial vacancy leveling out in the past two years, annual rent growth averaging in excess of three percent, and developable sites in major markets growing increasingly scarce, demand for large industrial development sites continues to persist across the state.”
The acquisition underscores the steady demand for industrial real estate in Florida as supply tightens and developers seek opportunities in emerging markets.
