Woodmont Industrial Partners, in collaboration with Brookfield Properties, has started construction on a new industrial project called Alpha 78 Logistics Center at Edge Road in Alpha, NJ. The development will consist of a 450,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility situated on a 33.67-acre site that was previously sold by Woodmont to Brookfield in June. CBRE’s Brian Fiumara and Brad Ruppel represented both parties during the transaction.
The projected completion date for the cross-dock facility is set for the third quarter of 2025 and it will be located near Route 22 and Interstate-78. It will feature a clear height of 36 feet, with amenities such as118 dock doors (including four drive-ins), an office space spanning over6 ,000 square feet ,89 truck/trailer parking spots,and230 car spaces.CBRE’s Jake Terkanian, Sean Bleiler,and John La Prise have been appointed to handle leasing.
