The property is located at 1539 N. 25th Avenue.
The buyer was represented by Entre’s brokers Denise Chaimovitz (SIOR) and Terry Lynch (SIOR), along with Vice President of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International. The seller was represented by Paddy Dwyer and Joe Bronson from NAI Hiffman.
Interlake Mecalux Inc., an international intralogistics technology company with locations in over 18 countries, purchased the property for expansion purposes. They specialize in designing and manufacturing metal shelves as well as providing warehouse management software solutions for businesses.
