INDUS Realty Trust has acquired a newly completed industrial facility spanning 550,000 square feet. The property is located at 1511 Zoo Parkway in Jacksonville and serves as the distribution center for Dublin-based clothing retailer Primark. VanTrust Real Estate was the seller of this project.
The Conlan Co., which obtained a permit for tenant improvements to be made at Imeson Park South building, will oversee the project for Primark with an estimated cost of $14.5 million. In June 2022, another permit was issued by the city to The Conlan Co., this time to construct a speculative building costing $25.9 million.
The state-of-the-art distribution center boasts impressive features such as clear heights of up to 40 feet, 99 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and parking space for up to175 trailers.The warehouse has been operational since earlier this year and marks Primark’s second distribution center in the U.S.
