Matt Asvestas has been promoted to Managing Director of Office Leasing at Stream Realty Partners’ Houston office. In this new role, he will lead the firm’s office leasing operations, oversee training programs, and guide the team in pursuing new business opportunities. Asvestas joined Stream as an Analyst in 2016.

Dayton Street Partners (DSP) recently closed a full-building lease for their newly completed truck terminal at 2828 FM 1405 in Houston with deugro (USA), Inc., totaling 164,640 square feet. The terminal is situated on a spacious 47-acre lot within Cedar Port Industrial Park and was acquired by DSP in early-2022. This marks the first speculative truck terminal development in Greater Houston’s industrial market. TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park is also known as the largest master-planned industrial park served by both rail and barge transportation systems within the United States.

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the sale of Granite Point Business Center located in Denton to High Street Logistics Properties on behalf of TA Realty LLC. The property spans over an impressive total area of approximately145,000 square feet along Interstate I-35W Frontage Road and currently houses four tenants who have occupied it for an average duration of about thirteen-and-a-half years.

MAG Capital Partners has successfully completed a sale-leaseback transaction with Commodities Integrated Logistics involving two logistics facilities spanning across Hidalgo County that cover approximately360,000 square feet spread out over twenty-three acres located near McAllen city limits: namely Sugar Sweet Avenue (2300)and Pleasantview Drive South(501). MAG Capital purchased these properties from Commodities Integrated Logistics which are strategically positioned just twenty minutes eastward from McAllen City center itself.

JLL Capital Markets recently concluded negotiations between NorthBridge Realty Holdings -the seller -and Extra Space-the buyer-for Yellow Door Storage – Northgate;a self-storage facility boasting five-hundred-and-twenty units and located in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth-area community of Denton, Texas. This sixty-five-thousand-six-hundred-square-foot property was completed in 2022 and is currently fifty-five-point-eight percent occupied. It can be found at 3020 E Sherman Drive within the city of Denton itself.
