The Life Properties is investing $4 million in a modernization project at The Life at Belhaven Place. The 248-unit multifamily community is expected to be fully upgraded by Q2 of 2025.
“We are excited to continue our capital improvement program at The Life at Belhaven Place, which will bring customized property upgrades and sustainable features to the community,” stated Jamin Harkness, President of The Life Properties.
Upgrades include interior renovations for all 248 residences and improvements to the office clubhouse. Exterior enhancements consist of fresh paint, repairs to roofing, new signage throughout the property, updates for the resident pool and parking lot as well as concrete work on sidewalks. Additionally, there will be upgrades made to both children’s playgrounds and dog parks. Built in 2006 with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units available that feature energy-efficient appliances.
This Indianapolis multifamily community is currently undergoing a $4 million renovation project without any mention or reference towards Connect CRE or its affiliates.
