The Life Properties is currently in the process of a $6.1 million modernization project at The Life at Harrison Trails, with 75% of the upgrades already completed. The remaining work is expected to be finished by Q4 of 2024 for this multifamily community consisting of 378 units.
According to Jamin Harkness, President of The Life Properties, their commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life remains strong as they continue their capital improvement program at The Life at Harrison Trails.
Upgrades being made include interior renovations for 302 residences and improvements to the office clubhouse and fitness center. In addition, sustainable updates have been implemented throughout the property such as low-flow plumbing retrofits and LED lighting installation on all exterior areas. Olive Tree Holdings’ affiliate company, The Life Properties handles both property management and construction management duties.
