The Life Properties is currently in the process of a $6.1 million modernization project at The Life at Harrison Trails, a 378-unit multifamily community. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the living experience for our residents, we are pleased to announce that this project is now 75% complete and on track for final completion in Q4 of 2024.

Upgrades currently underway include renovations to select interiors in 302 units as well as improvements to the office clubhouse and fitness center. In addition, sustainable upgrades have been implemented throughout the property such as low-flow plumbing retrofits and LED lighting on all exterior facades. Olive Tree Holdings’ affiliate company, The Life Properties handles both property management and construction management.
This $6 million capital improvement program marks an important step towards providing top-notch amenities and services for current and future residents alike at this Indianapolis multifamily community.
