The Saywitz Company successfully negotiated a seven-year lease on behalf of Russell Sigler Inc. for their new regional distribution and service center in Temecula. SVPs Robert Ritschel and Andrew Herron, from The Saywitz Company, expertly handled the negotiations while VP Mario Calvillo from Lee & Associates represented the ownership, MS – Mountain View.
Located at 42660 Avenida Alverado in Temecula, this newly constructed industrial building spans approximately 40,000 square feet and will serve as Russell Sigler’s base of operations for Orange County, Riverside County and North San Diego County.
Barry Saywitz, president of The Saywitz Company described the lease as a “win-win” situation for both landlord and tenant. He further added that this property allows Sigler to maintain its regional presence while serving customers across multiple counties. Additionally,the landlord was able to secure a long-term lease with a credit-worthy tenant.
