Prologis, a leading logistics real estate and sustainable development company, has recently acquired a 50.3-acre parcel of land in Prince George’s County, Maryland from May Riegler Companies. The specific purchase price was not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition will allow Prologis to develop an advanced industrial park spanning 340,000 square feet on the site. With full entitlement for Class-A industrial development and prime location along the Capital Beltway (I-495), this property offers direct access to Washington D.C. and close proximity to three major international airports.

The seller was represented by Newmark’s experienced team led by Cris Abramson, Ben McCarty, and Nick Signor.

This latest transaction showcases Prologis’ commitment to expanding their presence in key markets through strategic acquisitions of high-quality properties suitable for modern industrial developments.
