**Impinj Expands Headquarters Lease at 400 Fairview in Seattle**

Impinj, a Seattle-based RAIN RFID platform company, has renewed and expanded its headquarters lease at 400 Fairview Avenue in Seattle. The long-term agreement increases the company’s footprint to nearly 77,000 square feet.

A tenant of 400 Fairview since 2015, Impinj currently occupies the building’s top three floors. This lease renewal and expansion underscore the company’s commitment to remaining in South Lake Union, one of Seattle’s premier innovation districts. Impinj was represented in the transaction by CBRE’s Steve Schwartz and Sean Sussex. The landlord, Pembroke, was represented by Jim Allison and Lisa Stewart of JLL.

400 Fairview is a 349,000-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified mixed-use property that includes Fairview Market Hall, a popular retail hub. Tenants in the hall include Caffe Ladro, Verde, Pizza by Ruffin, Urban Optix, Mochinut, Bar Harbor, Mikan Bento, Bleuwiches, and DD’s House.

This latest lease renewal follows the recent announcement of a renewed lease by Tommy Bahama, ensuring that 400 Fairview remains fully leased.
