### IMAGE Studios to Open First Illinois Location at Fox River Commons
The first IMAGE Studios concept in Illinois is set to open later this month at Fox River Commons in Naperville.
Husband-and-wife franchise owners Veronika and Greg Parranto have signed a lease for 10,645 square feet at the 241,000-square-foot shopping center, located at 704 Illinois Road Route 59. The leasing agreement brings Fox River Commons to 77 percent occupancy.
Kristin Perry, Leasing Manager for Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), and Brooke Spinell of Mid-America Real Estate represented the landlord in this transaction. Carlie Wilmes of Reimagine CRE represented the tenant.
IMAGE Studios currently operates nearly 100 locations across 22 states, with approximately 35 new openings expected in 2025. These include two locations in the Chicago area, with seven additional locations planned in Chicagoland under different franchise owners.
Fox River Commons is home to a variety of anchor tenants, including International Fresh Market, Amish Furniture Gallery, Ball Factory, Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, the pickleball facility The Picklr, and the interactive gaming experience Activate. The center also features dining options such as ENTOURAGE and VAI’s Italian Inspired Kitchen + Bar.
