EQ Office has exciting news for the U.S. Bank Center (USBC) as they announce the addition of a full-service restaurant from the renowned owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine, set to open in 2025. In addition, Olympia Coffee will be opening in Cedar Hall this month.
According to Zach Zaborowski, Senior Vice President at EQ Office’s Pacific Northwest division, their goal for USBC is not only to provide an inspiring workplace but also a welcoming environment that promotes human connection. This central hub will offer tenants and visitors opportunities to gather, dine, work and relax.
The new location of Il Terrazzo Carmine at USBC is expected to open in summer 2025 and will be their third branch within Seattle. The Italian-inspired eatery will occupy approximately 7,500 square feet on the first floor with its authentic cuisine concept. Additionally, Olympia Coffee’s previously announced opening in Cedar Hall is scheduled later this month alongside existing retail tenants such as U.S Bank , Simone David Barbershop , Jimmy John’s , and Sushi Kudasai .
