IDI Logistics has partnered with PREMIER Design + Build Group to develop their first project in the Western region, the Orange Logistics Center. This development includes two industrial facilities totaling 285,719 square feet, with Building 1 covering 189,519 square feet and Building 2 measuring at 99,200 square feet.
Located in Orange just one mile from the well-known junction of Interstate 5 and State Routes 22 and Route57 known as “The Crush,” this center is perfectly situated for logistics and distribution operations. The Crush is recognized as one of the most complex road interchanges globally due to its connection of three major freeways and intersection of over thirty different routes.
Leading PREMIER’s team for this project is project manager Matt Lindsay along with assistant project manager Victor Xu, project engineer Madeline Rappaport, general superintendent Tom Rushing Sr., senior superintendent Jesse Castillo Jr., superintendent Steve Miller,and director of construction Nick Palmer. Lee & Associates will serve as the real estate broker for this development.
