CBRE has successfully facilitated two major industrial leases on behalf of iDC Logistics, a rapidly expanding national third-party logistics provider. The combined deals total more than 1.1 million square feet of space across Southern California. Jeff Vertun of CBRE represented iDC Logistics in both transactions.

The larger of the two leases is an 844,311-square-foot Class A facility located at 5690 Industrial Parkway in San Bernardino. According to reports, this lease represents the second-largest industrial lease in the Core Inland Empire region so far in 2025. The facility will be utilized to support iDC Logistics’ growing roster of third-party logistics clients.

The second lease involves a 260,000-square-foot facility at 19515 E. Walnut Drive North in the City of Industry. This location will serve as a dedicated manufacturing hub focused on consumer electronics production and support the company’s iDC Made solution.

“By closely aligning with IDC’s commercial and sales functions, our team was able to identify and secure facilities that not only met operational needs but also provided strategic advantages over competitors,” said Jeff Vertun of CBRE.

These strategic leases signify iDC Logistics’ continued growth and strengthen its operational footprint in one of the nation’s most competitive industrial markets.
