ICON International Signs New Lease in Downtown Stamford with RFR

Real Estate firm RFR has signed a lease agreement with finance firm ICON International for 60,826 square feet of office space at Stamford Plaza in Connecticut. Previously based in Greenwich, ICON will occupy the top two floors of the 253,000-square-foot Four Stamford Plaza building.
Located at 107 Elm St. in downtown Stamford, this one-million-square-foot campus is conveniently located near the Stamford Transportation Center and offers easy access to major transport links. In 2007 RFR acquired this property and executed renovations in 2019 including adding a cafeteria, modern fitness center and concierge services to enhance its appeal as an ideal workplace destination for tenants like ICON International.
