Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C., a prominent law firm, has secured a long-term lease for 19,194 square feet at 1101 K Street NW in Washington D.C. The Class A office building underwent extensive renovations in 2022 and offers a total of 305,083 square feet of space.
The tenant was represented by Transwestern’s Rich Lane and Tyler Marshall as they relocated from their previous location at 70013th Street NW. Avison Young’s Eli Barnes, Greg Tomasso and Lauryn Harris acted on behalf of the building owner during the transaction. Notable features of the building include an impressive lobby area, conference center with capacity for up to185 people,a tenant lounge,facilities such as fitness center,and bike storage room.
