**Hydration Room Expands with 10 New Bay Area Locations**
JLL has successfully negotiated 10 new retail leases in the Bay Area this year on behalf of Hydration Room, a physician-founded IV therapy and preventative wellness brand. The most recent addition is a 1,277-square-foot clinic located at 1837 Union Street in San Francisco’s vibrant Cow Hollow neighborhood.
This latest lease is part of a broader expansion strategy, with Hydration Room securing more than 10,000 square feet of retail space across the Bay Area in the past year. The brand currently operates clinics in Burlingame, Campbell, and Almaden. Additional upcoming locations include San Ramon, Mountain View, Los Gatos, Berkeley, Alamo, and Mill Valley.
