**Hyatt Commercial Facilitates Sale of Casa Rio Marina in Maryland for $4.6M**
Hyatt Commercial has announced the successful sale and closing of Casa Rio Marina, a family-owned boatyard located at 4079 Cadle Creek Road in Edgewater, Maryland. The property was sold for $4.6 million, with the transaction brokered by Jeff Griesbauer and Judith Neighoff of Hyatt Commercial, who represented the seller.
Casa Rio Marina, spanning more than 6.5 acres, is situated along the protected waters of Cadle Creek off the Rhode River. The property includes 35 wet slips and approximately 200 on-land storage spaces, offering boaters a safe harbor with convenient access to the Chesapeake Bay.
The marina was acquired by a local, long-established marine service operator and his son, who plan to continue its operations and services.
