Hyatt Commercial Represents St. Mary’s Parish in $8.5M Annapolis Campus Acquisition
Hyatt Commercial has represented St. Mary’s Parish in the acquisition of a 9.37-acre campus located at 716 Bestgate Road in Annapolis, Maryland, for $8.5 million.
The former home of Annapolis Area Christian School (AACS), the property features a 40,000-square-foot facility with a full gymnasium, dedicated music and art rooms, 18 classrooms, administrative offices, and a large athletic field.
The transaction was facilitated by Justin Mullen and John Gallagher of Hyatt Commercial, who represented St. Mary’s Parish. The seller was represented by Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services.
“This acquisition reflects a long-term vision for expanding the mission and reach of St. Mary’s Parish,” said Justin Mullen, President of Hyatt Commercial. “It’s a meaningful addition in a central Annapolis location that will support the Parish’s evolving needs for years to come.”
AACS will continue to operate on the property through the 2025–2026 academic year while preparing to consolidate its operations at its Severn campus. The purchase adds to St. Mary’s Parish’s existing portfolio, which includes its historic Duke of Gloucester campus and the nearby St. John Neumann site on Bestgate Road.
