**Grand Hyatt DFW Completes $34 Million Renovation**

The Grand Hyatt DFW has completed a $34 million renovation project, expanding its room count from 298 to 315 and upgrading its conference facilities and fitness center. The hotel’s Grand Met restaurant and lounge also underwent significant enhancements, with increased seating capacity and the introduction of a new global fusion dining concept.

The comprehensive renovation took seven months to complete, with the hotel remaining operational throughout the process. Design One Studio served as the architect for the project.

Located in Terminal D at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the Grand Hyatt DFW originally opened in July 2005. It is one of three Hyatt properties at the airport, alongside the Hyatt Regency and the Hyatt Place DFW.

These upgrades coincide with the airport’s ongoing $9 billion capital improvement plan, which includes renovations to Terminal C, the addition of five new gates to Terminal A, and the construction of a new Terminal F. American Airlines is expected to occupy all of Terminal F, making it the largest hub in the United States operated by a single carrier.
