HVPG Closes $47M Renovation of Rockland Affordable Properties

Hudson Valley Property Group (HVPG) has recently completed a $47 million renovation project in Spring Valley, New York. The initiative involved refurbishing two properties: Lakeview Village, a 144-unit senior housing property, and Highview Apartments, a 76-unit family housing property.

The extensive upgrades included revitalizing the apartments and improving the overall aesthetics of the properties. Additionally, HVPG installed a high-definition site monitoring system to enhance security and ensure compliance with community standards.

More than one-third of the units receive subsidies through HUD tenant-based Section 8 vouchers to provide affordable rents for residents. “We are delighted to celebrate the remarkable transformation of Lakeview Village and Highview Apartments,” said Jason Bordainick, co-founder and managing partner at Hudson Valley Property Group. He also expressed gratitude towards their partners at IDA as well as local authorities from Town of Clarkstown and Village of Spring Valley for their support during this project.

This recent accomplishment showcases HVPG’s commitment towards providing quality affordable housing options in Rockland County without compromising on safety or aesthetics.
