Hutto City Council has granted approval for Colovore to construct a 180,000-square-foot data center and 13,000-square-foot flex office space at the Ironwood Tract. This industrial park spans over 118 acres and is located at the intersection of State Highway 130 and West U.S. 79. The project is part of a joint venture between Velocis, Ironwood Realty Partners, and MBK Industrial Properties.
This $500 million development will be the first known tenant in Hutto’s Ironwood Tract since its annexation in early2022. Construction on phase one of this industrial park began earlier this year with plans for three speculative buildings totaling approximately660,000 square feet. Phase two will consist of three additional buildings totaling around667,000 square feet.
