Capstone Development Partners and Boaz Ventures have reached financial close on a $60-million, purpose-built student housing community located adjacent to the University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH) campus along Holmes Avenue. The 249-unit community, named Nexus on Holmes, will be situated at 4315 Holmes Ave. NW in Huntsville and is set to open in summer 2025.
Jeff Jones, principal of Capstone Development Partners expressed his excitement for the project: “As an Alabama-based national leader in university housing development and management we are delighted to commence construction on this purpose built housing complex which seeks to meet the needs of UAH students as well as those seeking affordable living options within Huntsville.” A ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony for Nexus on Homes is scheduled for October 10th.
