"Hunt Midwest Completes Industrial Build in Florida: A Kansas City-Based Company"

Hunt Midwest, a Kansas City-based company, has recently completed the construction of Ocala South Logistics I in Florida. This 251,388-square-foot industrial facility is part of Phase I of Ocala South Logistics Park, located on 93 acres within Florida Crossroads Commerce Park.

The project was carried out by a team consisting of civil engineer Kimley-Horn , architect LS3P and general contractor Evans General Contractors. The leasing assignment for Building I and build-to-suit options for the rest of the park will be handled by CBRE’s Rian Smith, Kris Courier and Josh Tarkow.

Building I boasts impressive features such as 32-foot clear heights, 67 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors,and ample parking with space for up to 247 cars. It is also unique in that it is currently the only rear-load warehouse available in this market. Tenants have flexibility with options ranging from spaces as small as 50,000 square feet to the full size at251
