HUD Loan for Outpost 44 in Oregon Secured by Dwight Capital for $31.15M

Dwight Capital LLC provided a $31.15MM HUD 223(f) loan for Outpost 44, a 130-unit apartment complex in Bend, Oregon. Completed in 2022 and situated on five acres of land, the property consists of seven apartment buildings, six townhome buildings and two amenity buildings. The loan was eligible for Green Mortgage Insurance Premium (“MIP”) Reduction set at 25 basis points due to its ENERGY STAR certification as an energy-efficient housing development. Pacific Northwest developer Pahlisch Commercial enlisted McBride Capital to broker the transaction on their behalf.
