Community amenities include fitness center, business center playgrounds tennis courts walking trails picnic areas sports court and two pools with direct access to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area’s 3 miles of hiking/walking trails.
The refinance was eligible for Green Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) Reduction set at 25 basis points due to the property’s pursuit of NGBS Bronze certification – making this Dwight Capital’s fourth loan transaction with borrower Walton Communities; Brandon Baksh & Karnveer Bal originated the deal.
