Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. has commenced construction on the Village Green at Bridgeland Central, a 70-acre mixed-use development in Northwest Houston. This highly anticipated project will feature over 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, as well as an H-E-B spanning more than 100,000 square feet that is expected to open by the end of 2024.
The Village Green will offer a variety of inline retail and dining options with outdoor patio areas for guests to enjoy. These spaces are set to be completed by spring of 2025.
This groundbreaking marks another milestone in Bridgeland’s impressive growth over the past year. With nearly one thousand new home sales and a current population exceeding twenty-two thousand residents, Bridgeland was ranked as the second top-selling master-planned community in Texas for 2023. At full build-out, it is estimated that this vibrant urban district will accommodate up to seventy thousand residents.
