Urban Retail Properties has recently announced the signing of a 15-year lease agreement with Presidente Supermarkets, which will serve as the anchor tenant for the first residential tower in Southland Mall’s transformation into Southplace City Center. According to reports from S. Florida Business Journal, construction on this eight-story building is set to begin this summer and will feature 350 units on the former Sears site.
