Columbus Realty Partners Ltd. is in the works of constructing 394 apartments at 110 Continental Ave., the second phase of The Margaret at Riverfront, located near the iconic Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Construction for this project began in early 2022 and is expected to be completed by January 1, 2026 with an estimated cost of $75 million. GFF has been selected as the design firm for this development.
The first phase of The Margaret, consisting of a total of 535 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments with sizes varying from323 to1,392 square feet,is currently being leased out with prices starting at $1,281 up to $3,333 according to Apartments.com.
Situated just southofthe Design District,the site has transformed into a vibrant area featuring high-end restaurants and retail establishments alongside offices and showrooms.The Dallas Business Journal reports that Columbus Realty’s founders are former Dallas Cowboys players Robert Shaw (offensive lineman)and Roger Staubach (quarterback).
