NewQuest Properties acquired the struggling 10-acre Pavilion Center at 12220 Westheimer Road two years ago. Since then, the company has invested $12 million to renovate the 90,000-square-foot center and rebrand it as West on West (WoW). Expected to open this fall, WoW will feature an array of Asian food and beverage purveyors with 99 Ranch Market acting as its 33,029-square foot anchor tenant. With occupancy rates nearing 90%, tenants such as Tsujita Artisan Noodle, Paris Baquette The Alley SomiSomi Lady M Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera by Tokyo’s The Onodera Group and Gen BBQ House have all signed leases for space in WoW. Located just a few miles from Chinatown Houston TX., NewQuest is confident that their revamped retail center will bring a new level of excitement to area shoppers when it opens later this year.
