Southern Land Company (SLC) is developing a mixed-use project in Houston’s River Oaks area, consisting of two buildings: one office and one multifamily community. The 36-story residential tower will feature 318 luxury apartment homes, including 18 penthouses. Amenities include an outdoor pool deck on the 36th floor and a garden deck spanning both buildings on the seventh floor. This level will also house a residential spa, guest suites and fitness center for residents as well as office tenants.
The second building is set to be Class AA office space totaling 75,000 square feet with 22,000 square feet of rooftop restaurant/retail space above its garage podium base. Design details and renderings are expected at later date with SLC planning to break ground in spring 2024.
