Southern Land Company (SLC) is developing a mixed-use project in the River Oaks area of Houston. The two buildings will include a 36-story residential tower with 318 luxury apartment homes, including 18 penthouses, and an office building totaling approximately 75,000 square feet situated over a garage podium and 22,000 square feet of rooftop space. Amenities for the residential tower include an outdoor pool deck on the 36th floor as well as garden deck spanning both buildings on the seventh floor that includes a spa and guest suites for residents along with fitness center access to office tenants. Design details and renderings will be available at later date while SLC plans to break ground in spring 2024.
