Houston Medical Center Opens Dual-Branded Hyatts

Houston real estate developer Satya recently opened two Hyatt-branded hotels side-by-side at the Houston Medical Center. This 350,000 square foot hotel duo is the first dual-branded project for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Texas. The 14 story property provides a unique experience with 157 guestrooms in one tower and 141 apartment style suites with stocked multipurpose kitchen islands in another. Guests can also enjoy 3,500 square feet of meeting space and a 24 hour fitness center as well as an onsite restaurant, bar & lounge serving cocktails, beer & wine along with freshly prepared shareable bites and full entrée selections plus a rooftop pool bar offering cocktails & appetizers. A 24 hour on-the go market will also be available to guests for convenience during their stay.
