Hotel "Jax Approves $215.1M for Four Seasons Hotel Construction"

The City of Jacksonville has recently granted a building permit for the development of a luxurious Four Seasons Hotel & Residences, with an estimated cost of $215.1 million. The project, located on the Northbank riverfront, is spearheaded by Shad Khan – owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

This ten-story hotel will feature 170 rooms and 26 residential units along with top-notch amenities such as a spa, multiple dining options, ballrooms and pools. It will also be situated next to Khan’s upcoming six-story office building which received approval two weeks ago.

Construction has already commenced at the Shipyards site where both buildings are being built simultaneously – primarily underground. As more permits are issued for this development project, it is reported that in their tentative agreement with the city regarding stadium plans expected to be approved soon; The Jaguars have pledged an additional investment worth $100 million towards further enhancing this area.
