The Pegasus Hospitality Group recently received zoning approval from Southlake to develop a limited-service 6-story hotel with 130 rooms, featuring a swimming pool and meeting space. The project is expected to cost $20 million and generate nearly $400,000 in bed tax annually for the town. Construction is slated to begin between the third quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
Pegasus has already developed three Hilton-branded hotels near Southlake: Homewood Suites by Hilton in Trophy Club, Tru By Hilton in Coppell, and Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton in Denton.
