Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Best Western Plus French Lick, a 68-key hospitality property located in the southern Indiana city of French Lick. The hotel sold for $7,500,000 at contract price.
Scott Havericak, first VP investments said “We had a competitive sales process with multiple strong offers and were able to close this transaction despite difficult capital markets conditions. Both buyer and seller were pleased with the outcome.” Havericak and Robert S. Hunter from Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office marketed the property on behalf of an undisclosed seller while Josh Caruana assisted in closing this transaction as Broker of Record in Indiana for Marcus & Millichap.
