"Hotel Conversion: Century-Old Charlotte Office Tower Transforms"

KHP Capital Partners has announced its plans to transform the Johnston Building, a historic structure, into a 245-room hotel. The project will be known as The Beckwith Hotel and will involve extensive renovations by Gensler. According to the Charlotte Business Journal, KHP purchased the building from Spaulding & Slye Investments for $19.3 million in May.
