**Horvath & Tremblay Brokers $3.1M Sale of Renovated Dupont Circle Multifamily Property**
Dennis Cravedi and Christian Barreiro of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a fully renovated, vacant nine-unit multifamily building located in Washington, D.C.’s coveted Dupont Circle neighborhood.
The property, located at 1833 Swann Street NW, sold for $3.1 million, translating to $344,444 per unit and $547 per square foot. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and also secured the buyer—a well-established local nonprofit organization.
Offering a total of 5,671 gross square feet, the building features a unit mix of one one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom residences. It is located within walking distance of Dupont Circle, the U Street Corridor, and the bustling 14th Street Corridor, making it a prime location for future tenants.
“It’s always rewarding to receive a client’s trust to come back to us to sell an asset again,” said Barreiro. “We were pleased to be able to watch a value-add property transform into a turnkey asset that will ultimately further the mission of a highly regarded nonprofit.”
The sale marks another significant transaction for Horvath & Tremblay in the Washington, D.C. multifamily market.
