Honoring Industry Leaders at REBNY’s 127th Annual Event at The Glasshouse

On April 20th, the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) celebrated its 127th annual event at The Glasshouse. Industry leaders and public officials gathered to recognize the industry’s contributions to New York City through a night of celebration, networking, and culinary experience. REBNY President James Whelan remarked that “our honorees exemplify real estate’s profoundly positive impact on New York City’s growth and success… Their remarkable passion, vision and ingenuity have elevated our industry and strengthened the foundations of our city.”

The esteemed list of honorees included Barry M. Gosin from Bernard H. Mendik Lifetime Leadership in Real Estate Award; Mary Ann Tighe from CBRE for Harry B B Helmsley Distinguished New Yorker Award; John C Santora from Cushman & Wakefield for Kenneth R Gerrety Humanitarian Award; Dan Doctoroff founder & chairman Target ALS for John E Zuccotti Public Service Award ; Elly Pateras executive managing director Douglas Elliman Property Management George M Brooker Management Executive Year award ; Fredrick K Marek vice-chairman Helmsley Spear LLC Louis Smadbeck Memorial Broker Recognition award ; James Nelson head Tri-State investment sales Avison Young Young Real Estate Professional Year award .

These individuals were recognized by REBNY as exemplary figures who have made significant contributions towards strengthening NYC’s foundation through their passion, vision ,and ingenuity in real estate sector .
