**Holualoa and Plaza Companies Complete Major Transformation of WaterView Office Complex**
Holualoa and Plaza Companies have successfully completed a substantial renovation of WaterView, a premier Class A commercial office complex located in Phoenix’s desirable Camelback Corridor.
Situated on 11 acres, WaterView occupies the former site of the Town & Country Golf Course. Holualoa Companies acquired the property three and a half years ago for $43.5 million and partnered with Plaza Companies to manage and direct the revitalization project.
The extensive overhaul of the two-building, 209,000-square-foot complex was recently completed, with an estimated investment of $10 million. Renovations included the construction of eight new office suites, modernized tenant lounges and restrooms, and updated exterior and interior finishes.
This project adds to the growing portfolio of successful collaborations between Holualoa and Plaza Companies across the greater Phoenix area. Notable past projects include the redevelopment of Park Central in midtown Phoenix and the creation of SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center.
