Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI) has officially broken ground on Carter Crossing, a major industrial development in Fort Worth. The project, located at 6901 Wichita Street, will feature three buildings totaling 1,010,565 square feet. Construction began earlier this year, with completion slated for August 2026.
Carter Crossing will include:
– Building 1: A 162,862-square-foot facility designed to accommodate tenants seeking modern, functional, and efficient warehouse space in a prime location.
– Building 2: A 142,737-square-foot building optimized for mid-sized tenants that require flexible layouts and streamlined operational capabilities in the dynamic South Fort Worth industrial market.
– Building 3: The largest of the three, offering 704,966 square feet, tailored for advanced manufacturing and large-scale logistics. Its expansive footprint is geared toward companies needing significant distribution capacity.
The development is being financed by Comerica Bank.
This new industrial park reflects HLCI’s continued investment in high-demand logistics and warehouse infrastructure across North Texas.
