### Holuloa Debuts New Transit-Oriented Housing in Tempe

Construction is now complete on **Dwell @ 5th and Farmer**, a 129-unit transit-oriented housing community in Tempe. This project integrates residential units with two existing office buildings and open space, creating a mixed-use development. It marks Holuloa’s first Dwell project, with plans for additional developments in the Valley.

Dwell is an urban infill project designed to offer attainable housing in downtown Tempe, an area where rental prices are among the highest in the region. The new multifamily community features a variety of amenities, including landscaped pedestrian areas, open outdoor spaces, and live/work-oriented amenity rooms. Residents will also have access to private “Zoom” meeting rooms, a fitness center, dog-friendly facilities, lounges, and a rooftop social space. The location offers convenient, walkable access to both light rail and streetcar stations.

The project was led by **AR Mays** as the general contractor, with architectural design by **Architekton**—which is located on-site—and **Worksbureau**.

For those looking to connect with leaders in the multifamily housing sector, **Connect Phoenix Multifamily, SFR & BTR** will take place on **Thursday, April 10**, at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. The event will bring together top professionals in development, investment, ownership, and lending for discussions on industry trends and opportunities in 2025. Discounted early bird registration is now available.
