Hollywood, FL Mixed-Use Development: Housing Trust Group Investing $100M

Housing Trust Group has closed on financing for University Station, a $100 million mixed-use development in Hollywood, FL. The public-private partnership with the City of Hollywood will feature workforce and affordable housing options, retail space, parking for public and private use as well as a new home for Barry University’s College of Nursing and Health Services. Completion is expected by Spring 2025.

Situated on 2.5 acres of city-owned land, the development will include 108 one-bedroom apartments and 108 two bedroom units along with commercial/retail space plus educational facilities including a parking garage. Corwil Architects are joined by contractor ANF Group Inc., civil engineering firm HSQ Group; structural engineers BNI Engineers; RPJ Inc., Consulting Engineers serving as MEP engineer; interior design from B Pila Design Studio; landscape design from Witkin Hults + Partners while Kaller Architecture takes care of interior design in the Barry University area .

With its mix of residential accommodation alongside retail outlets plus educational facilities this project promises to bring much needed amenities to Hollywood when it opens in Spring 2025
