GCF Development has officially started closings at its Circ Residences Hollywood Circle. While the closing process moves forward, renovations continue throughout the property, focusing on enhancements to the lobby and common areas. Several units are already move-in ready, offering immediate occupancy for new homeowners.
Located at 1776 Polk Street in the heart of Hollywood, Florida, Circ Residences features 382 luxury residences with spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Prices range from $450,000 to $1.3 million, with several units already successfully closed. The development offers an array of amenities, including a pool deck with views of Hollywood Beach, a fitness center, 24/7 concierge service, and ample outdoor recreational spaces such as poolside cabanas and an outdoor kitchen with grills.
Previously, it was reported that GCF Development secured a $133.5 million refinancing loan for Hollywood Circle, an expansive mixed-use project spanning approximately one million square feet. The refinancing was completed through Deutsche Bank USA.
